PROGNOSTIC VALUE OF LONG-TERM MONITORING OF CHILDREN'S DISABILITY TO DETERMINE THE FORCES AND MEANS OF REHABILITATION MEASURES OF THE CITY CHILDREN'S POLYCLINIC OF THE REGIONAL CENTER OF A SUARCTIC TERRITORY WITH LOW POPULATION DENSITY

Ретроспективное обсервационное сплошное когортное исследование включает анализ: заболеваний, обусловивших возникновение первичной инвалидности у 174 детей Сыктывкарской детской поликлинике № 3 и заболеваний, обусловивших возникновение инвалидности у 1690 детей-инвалидов в 2019-2021 гг. Проведён сравнительный анализ: главных нарушений функций в состоянии здоровья детей-инвалидов и ведущих ограничений жизнедеятельности в состоянии здоровья детей-инвалидов. Контрольные группы составили 231 ребёнок «СДП № 3» впервые получивших инвалидность и 1611 пациентов, являвшихся инвалидами в 2011-2018 гг. Рассмотрены результаты анонимного опроса 51-ого официального представителя детей, пациентов «СДП № 3», которые проходили освидетельствование МСЭ, по Анкете «Оценка уровня удовлетворённости граждан качеством предоставления ГУ МСЭ» и 366 отчётов об исполнении мероприятий, предусмотренных ИПРА инвалида (ребёнка-инвалида) 222 детей-инвалидов. A retrospective observational continuous cohort study includes an analysis of: diseases that caused the onset of primary disability in 174 children of Syktyvkar Children's Clinic № 3 and diseases that caused the onset of disability in 1690 children with disabilities in 2019-2021. A comparative analysis was carried out: the main dysfunctions in the state of health of children with disabilities and the leading limitations of life in the state of health of children with disabilities. (The control groups consisted of 231 children of "SDP No. 3" who received a disability for the first time and 1611 patients who were disabled in 2011-2018.) The results of an anonymous survey of 51 official representatives of children, patients of "SDP No. 3", who were examined by the ITU, were considered, according to the Questionnaire “Assessment of the level of satisfaction of citizens with the quality of the provision of the GU ITU” and 366 reports on the implementation of measures provided for by the IPR of a disabled person (disabled child) 222 disabled children.
