The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of early childhood education teachers in Palangka Raya City is facing learning in the era of society 5.0 seen from the 21st-century skills that have been mastered. This research uses descriptive quantitative research with a purposive sampling technique. The research subjects were 20 early childhood education teachers in Palangka Raya City. The results of the study obtained a percentage of 76.90% related to the readiness of teachers in facing the era of society 5.0. These results include several key 21st-century skills that early childhood education teachers must prepare, namely: life and career skills, learning and innovation skills, information technology and media skills, and 4C skills (Critical thinking, communication, creativity, and collaboration).
