In particular, dipole sonic logs and wellbore image logs were acquired in the open hole over the target fractured aquifer. The interpretation of image logs allowed the characterization of the geometry (dip and azimuth) and the properties of the natural fracture network. The combination of density and sonic logs served as a base for geomechanical analysis.
