This research uses quantitative research. The technique used in sampling is the purposive sampling method, namely the selection of samples is carried out with predetermined criteria. So that as many as 35 data were obtained from 7 food and beverages companies listed on the IDX during the 2016-2020 period. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 program. 摘要

本研究旨在研究企业规模、杠杆、股息政策和盈利能力对食品和饮料行业制造公司价值的影响。本研究采用定量研究方法。抽样使用的技术是有目的抽样法,即按照预定的标准进行样本的选择。因此,在2016-2020年期间,从IDX上市的7家食品和饮料公司获得了多达35个数据。使用的数据分析方法是多元线性回归分析,使用SPSS 23版程序。研究结果表明:(1)企业规模对企业价值没有影响;(2)杠杆对企业价值有负向的显著影响;(3)股利政策对企业价值没有影响;(4)盈利能力对企业价值有正向的显著影响。关键词:企业规模,杠杆率,股利政策,盈利能力。
