The main contribution is the development of the finite element model of proposed wireless energy transfer system with reconfigurable shielding plates. The created simulation model is reconfigurable in a way of the modification of the material as well as the geometrical properties of the shielding plates and coils. This model is then used for determination of the influence of the shielding on the transfer characteristic of the WPT system and thus optimal working point and area of the WPT system.
