Follicle-stim- ulating and luteinizing hormones content in layer blood plasma and serum have been determined by solid phase immune enzymatic analysis and calcium content has been determined by biochemical method with flowing semi-automatic bio- chemical analyzer. 摘要

本文主要研究促性腺激素在排卵周期内蛋层血中含量的动态变化,以供参考意义、范围、界定和确定影响排卵周期的生理、内分泌机制和相互关系。在孕激素和促性腺激素释放激素(GRH)的脉冲释放之间的正反馈产生所必需的层血总钙水平。采用固相免疫酶法测定了蛋鸡血浆和血清中促卵泡激素和促黄体激素的含量,用流动式半自动生化分析仪测定了生钙含量。建议对激素水平的定义方法进行优化。
