摘要

随着市场经济的发展,员工绩效考核已成为人力资源管理的重要组成部分。但是,由于旧经济体制的影响,员工绩效考核容易受到外部因素的影响,缺乏有效性和方向性。通过对电力企业的分析,提出了一种定量分级的评价指标体系。在此基础上,实现了基于Flex和J2EE的电力企业员工绩效考核系统。经过测试,该系统能够有效地指导人力资源管理,促进企业的快速发展。
