By using survey methods, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with spss 22. The results of the t-test variable X1 Organizational Commitment are 5.628 and the variable X2 HR Competence is 3.598 with f-test results of 19.838 and R-square of 0.586.
