摘要

本文提出了一种计算配电网封闭过渡电流的新方法。所采用的方法是首先应用Thevenin等效电路结合潮流计算计算电流值,然后计算出的电流值可以帮助选择闭合过渡操作的时机。其次,全局灵敏度分析保证了电流的计算值不容易受到任何测量误差的影响。通过北京地区的实例分析,验证了该方法的有效性。验证用例在低压配电网上具有较好的鲁棒性和数值精度。
