摘要

本研究的目的是探讨影响因素之间的因果关系,并确定印度汽车行业实施绿色供应链管理的关键成功因素。采用模糊集理论和决策试验与评价实验室(DEMATEL)相结合的方法对关键因素进行分割。本研究通过因果关系图将因果关系可视化。实证研究结果表明,从12个影响因素中计算出5个CSFs。这一发现将有助于提高GSCM实施的有效性和效率,并为逐步建立有效的GSCM实施提供指示。
