摘要

针对五金制造领域冲齿加工精度不高的问题,探讨了基于图像实时处理技术的榨汁机刀板冲齿加工图像信号采集、预处理、面向对象系统结构及工作原理。本实验通过CCD采集图像信息,进行图像模式匹配,利用最大类内方差遗传方法和Roberts边缘检测算子,实现了图像的阈值分割和边缘检测。最后,通过分析、计算和加工,使冲齿的目标定位真实、准确。
