Research methodology: The type of method in this research is quantitative research method. The sampling techniques used are Non-probability Sampling method and Saturated Sampling technique. The data analysis techniques are simple linear regression and multiple linear analyses. Results: The results of this study are that partially, individual competence, workload, and incentives have a positive but not significant effect on the interest of civil servants in the Commitment-Making Official Positions in Malaka Regency. Individual competence, workload, and incentives simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the interest of civil servants in commitment-making positions in Malaka Regency. Limitations: Research variables are complex and research results may change in the future. Contribution: The findings of this study can be used as the basis for evaluating the Malaka local government bureaucracy and can be scientific information for students of the public administration program. 摘要:目的:本研究旨在研究马六甲摄政王国家公务员个人能力、工作量和激励对承诺官员职位的影响。研究方法:本研究的研究方法类型为定量研究方法。采用的采样技术有非概率采样法和饱和采样技术。数据分析技术有简单线性回归和多元线性分析。结果:本研究的结果是:马六甲摄政王的公务员对承诺制职位的兴趣,个人能力、工作量和激励有部分正向但不显著的影响。个人能力、工作量和激励同时对马六甲摄政王承诺职位的公务员的兴趣有显著的正向影响。局限性:研究变量复杂,研究结果可能在未来发生变化。贡献:本研究结果可作为评价马六甲地方政府官僚主义的依据,并可为公共管理专业学生提供科学信息。关键词:1。承诺官员奖励3。个人能力利益5。工作负载
