摘要

作为影响员工行为的重要因素之一,对领导者愤怒表达的研究显得尤为重要。本研究基于中国文化背景,以322名员工为样本,构建了中国组织背景下领导者愤怒表达通过员工工作幸福感影响员工工作投入的中介模型。研究结果表明:领导愤怒表达对员工的工作投入有负向影响;中国组织情境下,员工工作幸福感在领导愤怒表达与员工工作投入之间起中介作用;员工的工作幸福感对员工的工作投入有显著的正向影响。本研究不仅丰富了中国企业领导者愤怒表达与工作幸福感、工作敬业度的实证研究成果,也为组织管理者改善情绪表达策略提供了一定的启示。
