摘要

板翅式换热器已广泛应用于化工、机械、电子工程等领域。PFHE优化设计是提高PFHE性能的重要手段。根据工程要求,以最小的重量、较高的热效率和合理的压力损失为PFHE的最优目标,称为多目标优化问题。为了实现PFHE的多目标优化设计,提出了基于粒子群优化的模糊优化技术,将模糊因素作为隶属函数处理。通过工程实例验证了所提模糊优化方法的有效性,并与试错法设计的模糊优化方法进行了比较,结果表明,优化后的模糊优化方法比试错法设计的模糊优化方法具有更好的综合性能。
