摘要

车间装配线排队问题的数学模型设计比较困难,一般采用计算机仿真。但这需要研究人员具有较高的计算机熟练程度,才能用计算机语言建立模拟模型。以Excel为工具,建立了两阶段装配线排队问题的仿真模型。利用该模型,我们不仅可以方便地考察装配线的生产效率,还可以考察扩大两个工作站之间的空间是否会对装配线的生产率和等待时间产生一些影响。
