摘要

本文提出了一种新的手写体文档去噪方法,该方法与其他方法有两个不同之处:1)该方法采用自适应直方图均衡化来抑制不需要的干扰笔画;2)该方法分别对前景和干扰笔画使用基于自适应方向提升的离散小波变换增强操作来生成清晰的文档图像。因此,该方法不仅消除了背景信息中干扰或可见的水印,而且显著提高了每个文档的可读性。
