The process represented here is in charge of the earthworm Eisenia foetida that presents humic substances in the final product which act by amending the structure of the soil, thus improving the development of the plant. The present work is based on the characteristics faced by a producer of earthworm humus as a basis for the raw material coming from organic agro-industrial waste, where 80–90% of it comes from cattle manure, the challenges it faces is to carry out an adequate management to not contain phytopathological microorganisms, and to comply with physicochemical characteristics according to the regulations allowing it to venture into greenhouses for importation. In the results, the presence of phytopathogens, E. Colli and Salmonella was not found, but twelve units are missing to complete the range for N. Y.
