And it is mainly designed to establish a database-based workflow management for the dealer. The system consists of four parts, namely customer level, Web service level, application program level and the data level. Relevant technology is employed to achieve information sharing, information instant feedback and the collaboration e-business process from customers to producers and from suppliers to retailers, thus speeding up the turnover process of logistics, fund circulation and information flow.
