摘要

研究了扩散高温硼铝化(HBA)对5KhNM和3Kh2V8F两种冲压钢表层力学性能和质量参数的影响。对经热化学处理(TCT)得到的扩散复合层的显微组织和组成进行了分析,研究了扩散复合层显微硬度随形成的碳化物和硼化物的分布规律。实验建立了加工温度模式对粗糙度参数的影响,确定了材料加工表面的耐磨性特性。

Surface modification of die steels with B—Al-layers by thermal-chemical treatment
