The purpose of this research is to find out the steps taken by the principal in improving the quality of learning supervision, through this research can get fresh air for the principal in improving the quality of learning through supervision of teachers. With the quality of teacher, learning will have a positive impact on in order to improve the quality of education. However, the problem is that the supervision carried out by the principal is still not optimal, this will not have a good impact on improving the quality of education. So the target is the teacher in the learning process, which consists of the main material in the learning process, the compiler of the syllabus and lesson plans, the selection of learning strategies/methods/techniques, the use of media and information technology in learning, assessing the learning process and results as well as classroom action research. 摘要

督导校长促进教师学习质量是校长培养教师提高学习质量必须实施的重要项目之一。本研究的目的是找出校长在提高学习监督质量方面所采取的措施,通过本研究可以为校长在通过教师监督提高学习质量方面获得新鲜空气。有了教师的素质,就会对学习产生积极的影响,从而提高教育质量。但问题是,校长实施的监督仍然不是最优的,这对提高教育质量不会产生很好的影响。因此,目标是学习过程中的教师,包括学习过程中的主要材料,教学大纲和教案的编写,学习策略/方法/技巧的选择,学习中媒体和信息技术的使用,学习过程和结果的评估以及课堂行动研究。每一所学校都需要教师来提高学习质量。
