摘要

本文对CBMI建设有限公司承建的南部非洲¿2.8 m×5.75+2.25 m工程进行了有限元分析。利用ANSYS参数化设计语言(APDL)建立了十二个时钟点不同位置人孔的不同接触有限元模型。通过计算给出了实际工况下的应力和变形情况,为磨煤机的设计和调整提供了理论指导,最后,分析结果证明了其对指导实际生产的正确性。
