摘要

本文根据中国需求工程实践的调查结果，报告了几种与中国文化相关的思维方式的一般模式及其对需求激发活动的影响。提出了一种多媒体增强的面向目标的需求激发方法，该方法使用媒体度量来帮助更容易地捕获用户需求和偏好。将该方法应用于电子海图导航系统的设计。总结了一些经验教训。我们认为，媒体增强的方法可以帮助提高需求引出过程的效率。
