摘要

研究了折射率振幅、薄膜厚度和参考波长等折射率函数参数对负滤光片透射谱的影响。结果表明:抑制带宽受折射率幅值影响,衰减区域深度受薄膜厚度影响,截止波长位置由参考波长决定。提出了利用Rugate理论设计负滤波器的方法,并利用该方法设计了几种类型的负滤波器。
