Luna-Dubois is a scholar of twentieth and twenty-first century French and American minority literatures. Luna’s research centers on migration and diasporic writing, with an emphasis on US Latinx and Franco-Maghrebi cultures. He focuses especially on the relation of diasporic literature with literary theory and genres, the representation of place and space in literature of migration and diaspora, the application of migration theories to the study of literature, and how literature and visual art from the Global South respond to migration movements. Luna’s current book project examines Algerian French and Mexican American literature from the 1950s to the twenty-first century. between affects intergroup relations, the underpinnings and consequences of economic Social Experimental Social Psychology.
