[2] Nitrogen is an essential element for plant growth, and it has a high chlorophyll content and productivity enhancement effect in the body, so proper fertilization is required for radish cultivation. [3] [4] In this study, growth health was evaluated by using radish growth investigation and photochemical reaction analysis by nitrogen fertilization level. Radish was cultivated from September to November 2021 at the farm affiliated with Hankyong University (Anseong-si, Gyeonggi-do). Nitrogen (urea) treatment was performed three times at 5 levels (0kg N ha-1, 117kg N ha-1, 234kg N ha-1, 468kg N ha-1, 968kg N ha-1) (basis, 1st fertilization, 2nd fertilization), and the control was based on 234kg N ha-1. 摘要
萝卜是一种营养均衡的蔬菜,生长期短,因此在世界各地都有种植。[1]萝卜是需要大量肥料的作物之一,在生长季节对氮(N)的需求量大于磷(P)和钾(K)的需求量。[2]氮是植物生长必需的元素,在体内具有较高的叶绿素含量和提高生产力的作用,因此萝卜栽培需要适当的施肥。[3][4]本研究通过萝卜生长状况调查和施氮水平光化学反应分析来评价萝卜生长健康状况。萝卜于2021年9月至11月在韩京大学附属农场(京畿道安城市)种植。施氮(尿素)5个水平(0kg N ha-1、117kg N ha-1、234kg N ha-1、468kg N ha-1、968kg N ha-1) 3次(基础、1次、2次施肥),对照以234kg N ha-1为基础。用Fluorpen FP-100 (PSI,捷克)对叶片进行暗处理30分钟后进行叶绿素荧光分析。
