Post craniotomy patients require a rigorous general monitoring of the condition until optimum awareness. The recovery for post-craniotomy patients on ICU room is about 2 days. In order to stimulate the patients awareness, caring behavior is very needed especially in ICU room. \nPurpose: The purpose of this research was to determine of nursing caring behavior in post craniotomy patient in ICU room Gunung Jati Public Hospital in Cirebon. \nMethod: A descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach was attempted in this research. A total sampling was used as the technique of sampling. The data of 30 respondents pasca craniotomy were analyzed statistically by using chi square test. The collecting data used the caring questionnaire. 摘要

背景:开颅术是一种打开颅骨以修复脑损伤的手术。开颅后患者需要对病情进行严格的全面监测，直到最佳意识。开颅术后患者在ICU病房康复约2天。为了激发患者的意识，护理行为是非常必要的，特别是在ICU病房。目的:本研究的目的是了解锡波内市古农加提公立医院ICU病房开颅术后患者的护理行为。方法:采用横断面法进行描述性相关分析。采用全抽样作为抽样技术。采用卡方检验对30例接受帕斯卡开颅手术的患者资料进行统计学分析。收集数据采用关爱问卷。本研究于2017年5月至6月进行。结果:15例患者中有15例(50.0%)表示关心，15例(50.0%)表示不关心。ICU病房护士可以对开颅术后患者实施关怀行为，支持患者意识水平的恢复
