Based on liuzhou Honghua Hydropower station, an optimal scheduling model with multi-constraint, multi-objective, and multi-variable hydropower stations is proposed supported by the objective function based on the maximum generating capacity, navigation capacity and the least breakdown power. The Pareto optimal solution is employed to solve the multi-objective problem of optimal scheduling of hydropower stations. Consequently, a comprehensive evaluation model for optimal scheduling of hydropower stations was established according to the TOPISIS and gray correlation degree analysis. 摘要

随着水电站向着供水、防洪、发电、通航等多目标发展,水资源的合理配置已成为一个重大问题。以柳州红花水电站为例,提出了以最大发电量、导航能力和最小故障功率为目标函数支持的多约束、多目标、多变量水电站优化调度模型。采用帕累托最优解求解水电站优化调度的多目标问题。基于TOPISIS和灰色关联度分析,建立了水电站最优调度的综合评价模型。通过对水电站调度方案的选择,可以使结果更准确、更接近实际情况,为项目决策者提供指导。
