摘要

牡丹皮炭是牡丹皮的加工产品,被广泛用于治疗各种出血性疾病。本研究通过药物浓度和药效学随时间的关系,建立了基于svm的牡丹皮炭药动药效学模型。在支持向量机敏感性分析的基础上,采用MIV-SVM方法分析牡丹皮炭中药物浓度与主要成分药效学指标之间的关系。实验结果与化学实验结果吻合较好,阐明了芍药炭的药效学物质基础。
