摘要

为了研究采用高速线切割加工(WEDM-HS)法制备的1060铝(Al)氧化膜,采用XRD、SEM和Marr剖面测量仪对氧化膜表面的物相组成、表面形貌和粗糙度进行了观察。结果表明:在本试验条件下,采用线切割- hs加工1060Al,表面氧化膜形成Al2O3相。而随着脉冲宽度的逐渐减小,氧化膜的相组成不会发生变化。表面氧化膜的形态由微米量级的蜂窝孔组成。氧化膜表面的粗糙度逐渐降低。
