Optimization of the Introduction of End-to-End Technologies to the Energy Critical Infrastructure on the Basis of Cognitive Simulation
In the context of the digital transformation of critical energy infrastructure facilities, the risks of management decisions are sensitive to the nuances of introducing end-to-end (cross-cutting) information technologies. The complexity of such facilities, the inadmissibility of refusal, etc., on the one hand, and the diversity of end-to-end and cutting edge technologies, on the other, makes their application inadequate for the implementation processes of traditional methods. For example, the construction of a classical simulation model based on formal calculi or probability theory is doomed initially to failure. The digital economy implies the search for and application of completely new approaches, including the use of end-to-end technologies, with prioritization and optimization of their implementation. This paper proposes an approach for introducing such technologies, based on the methods of artificial intelligence, including cognitive modeling and network expertise, as well as known methods for assessing the level of technological and manufacturing readiness (TRL/MRL) and scientific– technological reserve.
