摘要

低压励磁两级电压互感器(LVE-TSVT)是一种高精度的电压互感器。然而,目前的电压比标准和标准电压互感器不能满足其校准精度的需要。采用基准电压误差和电压系数测量的方法,研究了10kv LVE-TSVT的数量溯源问题。初步试验表明,在10%额定电压下,10 kV LVE-TSVT的电压误差和相移均小于1×10-6,电压系数优于5×10-6。
