Based on this, this paper takes A-share listed companies on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges in 2019 as research samples to explore how the asset-light operation model affects the human capital investment of enterprises. It is found that there is a significant positive correlation between asset-light operation and human capital investment, while the increase of R&D investment weakens this positive correlation. 摘要

随着轻资产经营逐渐成为企业新型经营模式的焦点，探索轻资产经营对企业的影响已成为亟待解决的问题。基于此，本文以2019年沪深两市a股上市公司为研究样本，探讨轻资产运营模式对企业人力资本投资的影响。研究发现，轻资产经营与人力资本投资之间存在显著的正相关关系，而研发投入的增加削弱了这种正相关关系。本文从理论角度探讨轻资产运营对企业绩效的作用，为探讨轻资产运营模式对企业的经济效应提供了一个新的视角，同时也为企业如何平衡不同类型的资本促进绩效的提升带来启示。
