Nowadays, wireless sensor networks, including those with mobile nodes, are used to improve the monitoring. Expensive field experiments or experiments with full-scale models of monitoring systems are usually used to evaluate the effectiveness of these systems. However, in some cases, expensive and time-cost experiments can be avoided. In the paper we consider a monitoring system, which sensors installed on vehicles. We offer the corresponding approach.
