The results show that the improvement effect is significant. 摘要

本文研究了仿真软件的应用,将系统仿真技术与精益理论相结合。基于关节臂生产线的抽象实体,利用Flexsim仿真软件建立已有的生产线仿真模型。运用生产线平衡理论,通过“建模仿真-改进优化-建模仿真”的过程对生产线进行分析。运用精益理论,通过仿真软件探索分析和解决问题的过程。采用ECRS原理对该线进行了改进。结果表明,改进效果显著。本文为生产线的改进和仿真优化提供了参考方法和实践依据。
