摘要

本文针对人为突发事件监测任务,提出了基于网络物理系统、云计算和超级计算机的地面、空中和地表三维遥感探测技术。本文以关键基础设施的火灾监测为例,介绍了网络物理系统的信息、操作和算法支持,并描述了人为紧急情况监测的用户界面。本文综述了基于mb7707神经处理器和现代nm6407的网络物理系统组件分层智能通信结构,利用模糊集对不确定条件下的数据进行专门处理,降低决策风险。
