The integrated multi-quay Berth Allocation and Crane Assignment Problem: Formulation and case study
In the literature, some works deal with the integrated Berth Allocation and Crane Assignment Problem (BACAP) in container and bulk port context. Most of them consider that equipment are always available and high tide periods restriction is not imposed. In this work, we were interested by the BACAP under availability and high tide time windows restrictions in bulk port terminal. We proposed a mixed integer programming model for the problem and then, validated it by studying the real-case of Jorf lasfar Phosphate Hub (JPH). Preliminary computational experiments show some promising research opportunities.
