The early hydration and heat release laws of cement were explored with a hydration heat analyzer, and the physical properties of cement were studied. The results show that the dosages of polycarboxylate superplasticizer increases with the increasing of the width of the cement particle distribution, the bleeding rate of the cement paste decreases with the increasing of the width of the cement particle distribution. From the results of hydration heat, it can be seen that under the same conditions, with the increase of cement particle distribution width, the hydration reaction rate slows down and the degree of hydration is relatively low. 摘要

研究了水泥颗粒分布宽度对水泥浆体用量和泌水性能的影响。利用水化热分析仪探讨了水泥的早期水化和放热规律,研究了水泥的物理性能。结果表明:聚羧酸型高效减水剂的掺量随着水泥颗粒分布宽度的增大而增大,水泥浆体的泌水速率随着水泥颗粒分布宽度的增大而减小;从水化热的结果可以看出,在相同条件下,随着水泥颗粒分布宽度的增大,水化反应速率减慢,水化程度相对较低。从物性结果可以看出,正稠度需水量随分布宽度的增大而减小,水泥颗粒分布宽度对水泥凝结时间影响不大。
