摘要

本文提出了一种用于视频转码的动态调整抖动缓冲的新算法。当视频内容提供商不断移动时,无线网络连接条件会随时间变化。在视频转码器中,通过选择足够高的抖动缓冲来补偿所有可能的抖动变化,从而补偿产生的抖动。本文提出的算法根据当前的抖动测量值和抖动预测结果对抖动缓冲区进行更新,以减少实时传输中视频转码的总延迟。
