摘要

背景:本研究以小檗碱- Q和苜蓿- Q为药药比(1:9)制备顺势疗法用甘油,并采用紫外可见分光光度计进行定性评价。方法:将小檗与紫花苜蓿- Q按一定比例(1:9)分别配制成顺势药物甘油。将样本分为标准组、主组和对照组。结果:甘油中α在411.00 nm处的吸光度值为0.884,小檗在473.00 nm处的吸光度值为0.891,苜蓿Q在673.00 nm处的吸光度值为0.996,小檗Q在529.00 nm处的吸光度值为0.997。结论:小檗-Q和苜蓿-Q分别用紫外可见分光光度计测定制备的甘油效果较好。
