摘要
多年来，对科学出版物的研究呈上升趋势，控制其内容和参考文献几乎是不可能的。随着Scopus、Web of Science和其他科学数据库等平台的提供，由于这些数据库中包含了索引和引用机制，这变得容易得多。本文对一些流行的科学数据库进行了综述。对视障人士无障碍平台进行了研究。此外，还介绍了在科索沃教育机构中应用科学资源和数据库的科学研究结果。
Usage of Digitised Scientific Resources in Educational Institutions
