Multiple Periods Location and Capacity Optimization of Charging Stations for Electric Vehicle
With rapid growth of electric vehicles, the development of charging stations has to keep up. This paper proposes a multi-period location and capacity optimization model of charging stations, and introduces congestion rate to control the queuing situation.
