MRI is used for the detection of brain, prostrate cancers etc. for the structural visualization, functions of tissues and other organs in the body. MRI basic principal over whom it works is NMR and specifically the field gradient NMR. Different noises for example salt and pepper noise, speckle noise, Gaussian noise, is prone to suffer from the MRI diagnosis images. Therefore acquiring accurate brain images is a very complicated task. Algorithms for image processing are implemented to capture MRI data and for its de-noising.MRI images for de-noising various techniques have been presented also each method have its own assumption, merits and demerits.
