The validation of this method wasevaluated according to the guidance of AOAC 2016. The results showed that LOD, LOQ of thismethod was 0.0044 mg/kg and 0.014 mg/kg respectively. The linear range of difenoconazole andpropiconazole was 0.01-0.5 µg/mL (R2 > 0.99). The repeatability of the method in lettuce at 3concentrations of 100μg/kg, 200μg/kg, 400μg/kg ranged from 4.1% to 9.8%. 摘要

在越南,三唑类杀菌剂作为广谱杀菌剂、非甾体类抗雌激素剂广泛应用于各种工业用途。在多种环境、蔬菜和食品中经常检测到它们的残留。现代农药残留检测技术的应用已经有多年的历史,并在不断发展。为了快速、准确、低成本地检测农药残留,我们采用AOAC 2007.1提取方法,建立了气相色谱质谱法岛津QP2010的程序分析方法。根据AOAC 2016的指导对该方法的有效性进行评价。结果表明,该方法的检出限为0.0044 mg/kg,定量限为0.014 mg/kg。二苯丙康唑和丙环康唑的线性范围为0.01 ~ 0.5µg/mL (R2 > 0.99)。在100、200、400μg/kg 3种浓度下,该方法在莴苣中的重复性为4.1% ~ 9.8%。异虫康唑的回收率/重现性/不确定度为81.7 ~ 108.0%/8.2% ~ 8.5%/21.70;丙环唑的80.2% ~ 107.2% /7.1% ~ 9.1%/21.79。
