摘要

本文以通用分组无线业务(GPRS)为例,分析了GPRS用户感知的业务完成水平。GPRS是全球移动通信系统(GSM)的一种扩展,用于处理面向分组的业务。提出的建模方法分别建立GPRS模型和用户模型;重点研究了GPRS随机接入过程,以及不同类别的用户行为。整个模型由基本子模型组成。使用模拟方法进行定量分析,显示用户特征和网络负载对表示用户感知的QoS的识别指标的影响。
