摘要

本研究以工作满意度为中介变量,探讨工作生活质量对员工绩效的影响。本研究的数据是通过对T.U.K PG部门的员工进行问卷调查获得的原始数据。玛琅大花园。使用的数据分析是线性回归和路径分析。数据分析结果表明:1)工作生活质量(X)对员工绩效(Y)存在正显著影响;2)工作生活质量(X)各变量对工作满意度(Z)存在正显著影响;3)工作满意度(Z)对员工绩效(Y)有显著的正向影响;4)工作满意度(Z)在工作生活质量(X)对员工绩效(Y)之间起中介作用。
