So that there needs to be awareness to maintain the environment around tourist destinations. This study aims to determine the effect of environmental management and comfort on tourist satisfaction. The sample of this study were 66 tourists of Kampung Wisata Sawah Pematang Johar, Kecamatan Labuhan Deli Kabupaten Deli Serdang Provinsi Sumatera Utara. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, while the data analysis model used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. This hypothesis testing uses the coefficient of determination test, partial test and simultaneous test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously environmental management and comfort have no effect on tourist satisfaction in Kampung Wisata Sawah Pematang Johar. This study recommends that tourist attraction managers must maintain tourist satisfaction, especially in terms of managing the environment and comfort, so that this will increase the number of visits. 摘要
在环境清洁方面,有很多旅游景点从游客和管理人员本身都没有保持环境的清洁。因此,人们需要意识到要维护旅游目的地周围的环境。本研究旨在探讨环境管理与舒适对游客满意度的影响。本研究的样本是苏门答腊北部Serdang省Kecamatan Labuhan Deli Kabupaten Deli Kampung Wisata Sawah Pematang Johar的66名游客。本研究使用的数据分析方法是描述性定量的,而本研究使用的数据分析模型是多元线性回归分析。本假设检验采用了决定系数检验、部分检验和同时检验。本研究结果表明,环境管理和舒适对甘榜威萨塔沙瓦佩马当Johar的游客满意度没有影响。本研究建议,旅游景点管理者必须保持游客的满意度,特别是在环境和舒适度的管理方面,这样才会增加游客的数量。对象管理者必须能够更好地管理Kampung Wisata Sawah Pematang Johar,以便满足游客的需求,游客可以回来甚至邀请其他游客来参观。
