摘要

本研究开发了一种新的电容倍增电路结构,可以通过电子/电阻可调倍增因子使接地电容的值倍增。所开发的乘法器电路由两个vdc和三个接地电阻以及要乘的接地电容构成。本电路具有以下优点:仅使用接地电阻,接地电阻/偏置电流可调倍增因子,调谐因子的有源和无源灵敏度低,不需要进行有源/无源元件匹配,在非理想环境下不偏离。通过研制一阶低通滤波器,验证了所研制的接地电容倍增器的工作性能。
