Aim and Objectives: To study the effectiveness of “pile relief device” in the management of hemorrhoids and fissures among patients attending outpatient department. Methodology: Hence, a clinical study has been carried out among 1000 patients at Rana Piles Hospital, Sirhind (Punjab), to treat the fissures and hemorrhoids by a cryotherapy device called Pile Relief Device.
