INFLUENCE OF HUMIC AGENTS ON THE CONTENT OF CARBOHYDRATES IN STRUCTURAL AGGREGATES AND THEIR WATER RESISTANCE
Objective: the study of the impact of the combined use of humic agents and pesticides in various dosages on the quantitative composition of carbohydrates in agronomically valuable soil aggregates. Biologically active humic substances indirectly, through plant and microbiological communities, intensify the release of sugars, which play a significant role in the initial stages of the formation of soil aggregates. Pesticides have a depressing effect on the development of soil microflora, which, in turn, is one of the factors in the formation of an agronomically valuable soil structure, also due to the formation of carbohydrate compounds in the rhizosphere. The introduction of humic preparations is to reduce the toxic effect of pesticides and the seasonal dete-rioration of the soil structural state. Materials and Methods. The structure of ordinary carbonate chernozem was studied by dry and wet sieving methods, and the content of soil carbohydrates in its single agronomically valuable fractions was studies by the Dubois phenol sul-fate method. Results. It was shown that the distribution of aggregates by options both in the case of dry sieving and wet sieving correlates with the dynamics of carbohydrate content in soil particles, this trend is especially noticeable in variants 7–9, in which a humic agent was in-troduced into the soil together with pesticides. The correlation between the distribution of soil aggregates and carbohydrates is noticeable (on the Cheddock scale the correlation coefficient is equal to 0.532). Conclusions. The introduction of humic agents allows reduce the loss of agronomically valuable structure even in the subsequent stage. With the cease of the introduction of active substances, the structural coefficient tends to its natural value.
