Predicated models were established for body training level and dedicated item score. Their relationship was also analyzed from multi-level, multi-perspectives through the combination of athletic measurement and evaluation, sport physiology, systematic theory, cybernetics and characteristics of items. The result shows that 1) The five major inspecting indices for 100-meter races for female athletes i.e. flying run 30m, stride length, stride frequency, ten-class standing long jump and 300m, have closely relation with the special item results. 2) Establishment of regression equation to forecast the results of China national master sportswomen, one class 100-meter races for female athletes. 3) Three kinds of evaluation methods and criteria for Chinese elite female 100-meter runners in this paper provide evidence for evaluating performance of physical training comprehensively. 摘要

本文通过调查、专家访谈、数理统计等方法,筛选出反映女子百米优秀成绩的主要因素指标。建立了身体训练水平和专项得分的预测模型。结合运动测量与评价、运动生理学、系统论、控制论和项目特点,从多层次、多角度分析二者的关系。结果表明:1)女子100米比赛飞行跑30m、步幅、步幅频次、十级立定跳远、300米五项主要检查指标与专项结果密切相关。2)建立回归方程,预测中国国家优秀女运动员100米一级比赛成绩。3)本文提出的三种评价方法和标准为我国优秀女子百米运动员体能训练成绩的综合评价提供了依据。这三种方法和评价标准包括综合发展水平、体育训练与专项成绩综合发展水平的均衡程度和适应程度。
